This is a great steamer. It is light enough for me to carry around with me and has a long enough hose with the extension for me to comfortable stand up and still easily reach my tile floor.
It cleans very well in my experience. It take a bit of scrubbing to get off floor grout, but not too much at all. Overall it makes it very easy to clean up any mess.
All the parts are made of plastic, but it doesn’t affect its performance. And I mean, for the price what do you expect. It is a great value!
